Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for making/designing pattern by updated software.
- Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.
- Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required & sending the initial pattern for a manufacture check.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models & proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
- Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools & detail-oriented.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods & prepare and develop patterns independently.
- Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
- Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
- Arrange style-wise pattern designing and grading for accuracy.
- Regular follow up with sampling and production samples to ensure quality.

About the Role As an Executive - CAD, your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and creating patterns using advanced CAD software, ensuring that you keep up with modern techniques. Drafting rough templates from both digital and freehand designs, showcasing your artistic flair. Measuring, cutting, and constructing patterns using the required materials. Collaborating with the product development team to create feasible designs that meet customer requirements while still being production-ready. Ensuring high accuracy in measuring garments by verifying that all patterns and specifications align. Taking responsibility for the quality assurance of samples, rectifying any discrepancies in fit or design as necessary. Participating in the complete lifecycle of product development, from initial concept through to production. Who You Are The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 6 years of experience in garment pattern making and marker development. A strong knowledge base in CAD software and garment construction techniques. Attention to detail, ensuring zero-error cutting and patterns that meet both design and production standards. Leadership qualities to manage teams effectively and coordinate with various departments. Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and a readiness to work on diverse product ranges, including woven knits and other types. Education and Skills We require: A minimum educational qualification of HSC. Proficiency in tools and software essential for CAD work, and hands-on skills in measuring and cutting. Why Join Us?
