Job Responsibilities

  • Mediate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales/Marketing team with required reporting and documentation.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by providing necessary operational support.
  • Prepare and manage all required deemed export documentation related to orders.

Job Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and ensure effective communication and coordination between the customer, sales team, production planning, and production departments. Handle customer order processing (both sample and bulk), follow-up on orders, and provide timely feedback. Mediate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Support the Sales/Marketing team with necessary reporting and documentation. Assist in achieving sales targets by providing operational support and managing logistics effectively. Prepare and manage all required deemed export documentation related to orders and ensure compliance with regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the garments accessories or textile sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems. Able to work under pressure and successfully manage multiple tasks. Additional Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service specific to the garments accessories or textile sector. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Location This position is based in Gazipur (Kashimpur), Bangladesh. Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is Negotiable. We offer a competitive benefits package as well.
