  • Attend to customer complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
  • Configure routers and access points including Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys, etc.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients, both inside and outside Dhaka.
  • Monitor the network system using monitoring tools and respond promptly to alerts or faults.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Perform installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client premises.
  • Log and track customer complaints and incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support both in-house and remotely.
  • Work on a 24x7 shifting duty schedule.
