Job Responsibilities
- Schedule deliveries for the next day through the Cookups admin panel and assign riders.
- Oversee all delivery operations and ensure deliveries are conducted in a timely manner.
- Collect all dues from riders daily.
- Maintain relationships with clients and resolve issues as needed.
- Communicate with cooks and diners regarding delivery orders, investigate issues, and ensure order completion.
- Update delivery KPIs daily.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform other tasks as required.
