Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join SQ Group as an Executive focusing on Environment, Safety, Health and Sustainability (ESHS). This is a full-time position based in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to driving sustainability initiatives within the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities Ensure timely regulatory compliance and licenses are renewed, keeping our operations smooth and uninterrupted. Oversee internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as necessary to enhance our operational integrity. Develop compliance dashboards that aid in tracking performances and submitting periodic reports to stakeholders. Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency. Design and run grievance/support surveys, coordinate resolutions to enhance employee satisfaction and feedback integration. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Environmental Science or related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the garments industry. PGDHRM or Diploma in Compliance is a plus. Strong network with compliance and sustainability contacts of Brands, Government Environmental organizations, and regulatory personnel. Highly motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement in compliance and sustainability efforts.
