Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate full planning activity of specific accounts with merchants.
- Follow up the supply chain of fabric, accessories and other materials to ensure smooth production.
- Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
- Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
- Update production report on time for planning manager according to the current situation.
- Chase the finishing team for on-time final goods arrangement and ship the goods.
- Immediately notify the lagging behind activities to proper channel to rectify deviation promptly.

Oversee sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing processes in line with the established plan. Timely update the production report for the planning manager based on current status. Chase the finishing team for on-time arrangements of final goods and shipments. Immediately notify any lagging activities to the appropriate channels for swift rectification. Who We’re Looking For: We seek a candidate who is not only educated and skilled but also someone who embodies our company’s spirit of innovation and teamwork. Required Skills: Proficient in Fast React planning and possess operating knowledge of similar software. Strong reporting and documentation abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, result-driven, with demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively under pressure. A knack for maintaining good interpersonal relationships and fostering team collaboration. Qualifications: B.Sc in Textile/IPE from a reputable university.
