Create stunning visual concepts and graphics for various marketing materials, including product packaging, brochures, logos, banners, and other branding collateral.Design eye-catching leaflets and flyers to promote our products and services effectively.Generate creative ideas and concepts tailored to the needs of each project.Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and others to realize your designs.Ensure print-ready outputs with quality setups for press printing.Meet deadlines efficiently while working under pressure.Engage in basic copywriting skills and content creation. Qualifications:Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) or equivalent, with a concentration in Graphic Design.Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Designing.Required Skills:Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and graphic design principles.Strong design portfolio showcasing previous work.Knowledge of 3D Animation and printing processes like offset, digital, and fabric printing.Good typing speed in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English. Experience Requirement:Minimum of 3 years of relevant graphic design experience.Experience in FMCG, IT-enabled service, electronic equipment/home appliances, or similar sectors is preferred.Additional Information:The ideal candidate would be between the ages of 25 to 35 years and possess not only the technical skills for graphic design but also a creative flair and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
