Job Description
Location: Birulia, SavarJoin Da Birulia as an Executive in Hotel Management, where you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service at our resort. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can lead our operations and deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.Oversee and manage the daily resort operations ensuring smooth and guest-focused service.Develop and implement SOPs, service policies, and quality assurance protocols.Lead, train, and motivate staff in guest service, housekeeping, room service, and front desk management.Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively.Coordinate between departments to ensure operational efficiency.Maintain budget control and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.Assist in marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns (added advantage).Monitor industry trends and recommend service improvements or innovations.Education Requirements:Diploma in Hotel ManagementBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel ManagementExperience Required:Minimum 1–2 years of practical work experience in hotel or resort operations.Prior supervisory/managerial role experience is highly valued.Important Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English & Bangla.Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.Knowledge of hotel/resort software (PMS, POS).Marketing sense or experience in guest engagement strategies is a plus.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Benefits:As per company policyThis is a Full Time position with 1 vacancy available.
