Job Description
FnF Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive (HR & Accounts) to oversee both human resources and accounting functions within our vibrant restaurant team. This role not only ensures compliance with labor laws but also strives for precise financial record-keeping to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate should possess remarkable interpersonal, organizational, and numerical skills to efficiently support daily restaurant activities.Manage and streamline the recruitment processes for all restaurant personnel including chefs, waiters, and delivery staff.Maintain records of staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.Ensure adherence to labor laws and promote workplace safety and hygiene standards.Keep employee files, contracts, and HR records organized and up-to-date.Supervise staff performance, discipline, and administrative grievances.Facilitate the preparation of payroll to guarantee precise salary disbursement.Devise and implement employee engagement activities to enhance staff retention.Accounts and Finance Duties:Track daily sales, cash inflows, and expenditures.Reconcile daily sales with POS systems and bank deposits.Prepare and maintain accounts payable/receivable records for all suppliers and vendors.Monitor inventory utilization and support cost control measures.Generate monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements.Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts.Collaborate with auditors/tax consultants regarding VAT, taxes, and compliance matters.Ensure meticulous documentation and filing of invoices and financial records.Qualifications and Skills Required:Education: An MBA in Human Resource Management or Accounting.Experience: 2 to 4 years in a relevant field, preferably within the Hotel or Restaurant sectors.Strong understanding of payroll systems and labor law practices.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, coupled with familiarity with accounting software.Excellent communication and effective people management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Integrity, attention to detail, and superior organizational capabilities.Other Benefits:Mobile bill reimbursementAnnual salary reviewFull subsidized lunch facilitiesTwo festival bonusesAdditional perks in accordance with company policies.This position is crucial for the operational success at FnF Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
