Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit new employees as per authority's approval.
  • Provide training for new and existing employees.
  • Prepare and maintain personal files for new employees.
  • Maintain attendance records for new employees.
  • Provide letters to left employees.
  • Maintain personal files for resigning and left employees.
  • Assist in preparing salaries and overtime.
  • Issue increment and promotion letters.
  • Prepare monthly reports and check relevant bills, submit them.
  • Assist in maintaining company regulations and discipline.
  • Support the compliance department in various tasks and maintain communication.
  • Fulfill other related responsibilities as required by management.
