Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan.
- Ensuring line capacity balancing as per the layout.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
- Collecting NPT records from root causes and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
- Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective actions, along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
- Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use for personal and organizational development or improvement.
- Any other assignments as directed by management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that production targets are met according to the production plan. You will be responsible for: Ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan. Ensuring line capacity balancing as per the layout. Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine. Collecting NPT records from root causes and ensuring possible NPT reduction. Reviewing operators' skill levels monthly and ensuring corrective actions and proposals for potential training. Preparing workers' assessment reports quarterly to aid in personal and organizational development. Executing other assignments as directed by management. To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Economics. Experience in the Garments and Textiles industries is preferred. Age limit of at most 25 years is a requirement for this position. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
