Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an in-house computer network for smooth operation.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for servicing needs.
- Monitor antivirus software and updates, repairing computers infected with spyware and viruses.
- Monitor backup systems to ensure data security.
- Record activities and responses to requests for service.
- Provide backup technical support for network including routers and firewalls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description
ACI Motors Limited, a prominent subsidiary of ACI, is seeking an experienced Executive for their IT department at the Yamaha Factory. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the company’s strong reputation in the automobile and agri-machinery sector, where we deal with various products including motorcycles and agricultural equipment.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain an in-house computer network to ensure smooth operations.Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.Provide support for PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software.Perform minor repairs on equipment and coordinate with service providers for complex issues.Monitor antivirus software, update systems, and repair computers infected with malware.Oversee backup systems and validate data security measures.Document activities, solutions, and responses to service requests.Offer backup technical support for network infrastructure including routers and firewalls.Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.Skills: Proficiency in Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions, Computer Operating, Hardware & Networking, Mechanical Repairing, Operation & Maintenance, and Technical Infrastructure.Work Nature: Full Time with 2 festival bonuses annually, and yearly salary reviews.Job Location: Gazipur, Bangladesh.Benefits:T/A (Travel Allowance), Mobile Bill, Medical Allowance, Profit Share, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Insurance.Lunch facilities are fully subsidized.Application Information:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
