Job Description

Systems & Network Management: Install and maintain Windows systems, business applications, troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi issues, manage printers and peripherals, ensure endpoint security, and uphold antivirus protocols. Web Operations: Administer WordPress website, carry out backups, manage domain configurations, and oversee hosting environments. Social Media Management: Monitor and enhance IAB’s Facebook page to engage with the community effectively. Security & Compliance: Implement strong access controls, manage password policies, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Asset & License Management: Keep an organized inventory of all devices and licenses and plan for lifecycle replacements. Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on IT support and website administration experience. Technical expertise in Windows administration, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking principles (IP/DNS/DHCP). Familiarity with WordPress administration, including themes/plugins, security hardening, and backup procedures. Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting Outlook. Willingness to learn and support IT equipment monitoring and office networking issues.
