Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and direct selling.
- Visit retailers and HoReCa outlets regularly to collect orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor the performance of salesmen and the delivery process.
- Track and improve sales at each retailer and maintain a customer database.
- Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retailers and HoReCa customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and local stakeholders.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales service.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management team.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Candidates with a valid driving license and personal bike will be preferred.
