We are dedicated to achieving the highest standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability, and we need your expertise to bolster our efforts.Job Responsibilities:Promote and develop third-party Social Audit (Quality, Health, Environment & compliance) business under the Business Assurance Department to achieve company revenue targets.Build and maintain key customer relationships; identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.Implement sales plans to grow the revenue of SGS Social Audit services.Identify, research, plan, and contact potential clients to establish new business opportunities.Liaise with Key Accounts Executives and Management Staff to ensure systems are fully deployed and utilized.Analyze customer satisfaction levels using appropriate tools.Provide advice and support in the preparation of local quotations and tenders.Handle customer complaints effectively to enhance customer service.Coordinate with teams (e.g. auditors and management) to facilitate smooth service execution.Conduct field visits to interact with customers to maintain business relationships and explore new opportunities.Ensure timely preparation and follow-up of quotes as required by clients.Monitor customer satisfaction regularly.Cooperate with investigations regarding quality or integrity issues as required.Required Skills:Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication abilities.Leadership and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.Willingness to travel.Educational Requirements:Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.Experience:3 to 5 years in related fields.Additional Job Requirements:Strong knowledge and experience in third-party Social Audit Service.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.Upholds SGS standards of ethics and integrity in all actions.Benefits:Overtime allowance.Yearly salary review.Festival bonus (2 bonuses per year).Medical allowance.Provident fund and gratuity.Annual leave encashment.Health insurance covering spouse and children.Life insurance.Profit bonus.Dress allowance.If you feel ready to join a team that thrives on trust, integrity, and reliability, and you meet the criteria outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this job.
