Job Responsibilities
- Raise requisitions for surgical items and drugs based on consumption patterns and Re-order Level (ROL).
- Issue items to the Operation Theater as per the charge sheet and replenish stock accordingly.
- Receive items in the store and arrange them on shelves according to item types and urgency.
- Review and verify surgical and anesthesia charge sheets.
- Maintain and control overall stock within the store, including monitoring of near-expiry, expired, and non-moving items.
- Ensure full compliance with security, safety, temperature control, and cleanliness standards.
- Optimize store space and ensure regular physical stock counting.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and maintain proper record-keeping, documentation, and communication.
- Support and assist the Line Manager with special tasks, new projects, documentation, communication, and general handling as required.
