Job Responsibilities
- Attend to Pre-production meeting and collect required data and materials to get start new styles
- Do risk analysis and share with respective team
- Daily check module wise styles running according to plan
- Daily check KSC & KCD
- Hourly and daily monitoring production and Efficiency
- Validate Running style and upcoming styles SMV if any query work with IE, Planning team and share with senior management
- Check upcoming style material status (OTT)
- Focus on new techniques and technologies and apply in to the operation and gain SMV maximization
- Check style wise costing SMV vs machine running time, knit ability & possible speed.
- Style wise reconciliation and wastage management

Job Description
Are you ready to take your career in the textile industry to the next level? SQ Group is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Executive in Knitting Operation for our sweater production line based in Gazipur. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our operations. Attend pre-production meetings and gather essential data and materials to initiate new styles. Conduct risk analysis and communicate findings to the respective team members. Monitor module-wise styles daily to ensure adherence to production plans. Perform daily checks on KSC (Knit Standard Cost) and KCD (Knit Cost Document). Engage in hourly and daily monitoring of production efficiency and effectiveness. Validate running styles and consult with IE (Industrial Engineering) and planning teams if there are any SMV (Standard Minute Value) queries to share with senior management. Check the material status for upcoming styles. Research new techniques and technologies to apply that can enhance operations and maximize SMV. Analyze style costing SMV against actual machine running times and knitting capabilities, ensuring efficiency. Oversee style-wise reconciliation and manage wastages effectively. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Textile Engineering. Experience: We are looking for candidates with: 3 to 7 years of experience in the garments sector, particularly within knitting operations. Skills Required: Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience operating Stoll & Shima Seiki machinery is preferred.
