Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns from ideation and segmentation to performance measurement and ROI reporting.
- Manage and optimize CRM platform to support targeted outreach and personalization.
- Analyze customer data to create meaningful segments and launch data-driven consumer engagement initiatives.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, fintech’s and loyalty programs.
- Own the end-to-end loyalty program: manage costs and campaign execution.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales teams.
- Integrate partner offers into loyalty marketing campaigns.
- Utilize customer behavior insights to optimize loyalty strategies.
- Evaluate partnerships for long-term financial viability.
