Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily manpower report and submit to the management.
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leave, and shift records from timekeeping system.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Maintain employee payroll records and update ERP system regularly.
- Prepare salary sheets, bank statements, and disbursement instructions.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reports for management.
- Assist in payroll-related audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle employee queries regarding salary, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Provide necessary support for full & final settlement of resigned/terminated employees.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production departments for data collection and validation.
