Job Description

We are currently seeking an Executive, Purchase & Procurement (Technical) for our Noapara, Jassore office. We are committed to user satisfaction and prioritizing social responsibility while supporting our farmers as we expand our reach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the group's technical and general purchases. Identifying and Evaluating Suppliers: Research and assess potential suppliers based on technical specifications, quality, pricing, and reliability. Negotiating Contracts: Collaborate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that arise. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal levels. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitoring performance, and managing renewals. Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings to reduce expenses. Compliance: Ensure procurement activities adhere to regulations and ethical standards. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on procurement activities and analyze data to improve efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
