Job Responsibilities
- Participate in PP meetings to ensure quality standards are discussed and met.
- Engage in QCO meetings for effective communication of quality standards.
- Oversee pre-production activities from the size set stage to ensure everything is on track.
- Monitor all samples for shipping, rack, and testing standards.
- Maintain an organized workstation on the factory floor to promote efficiency.
- Enforce iron standards and check the get-up and price ticket.
- Implement the line feeding checklist to uphold production integrity.
- Review the first output against the samples and follow up on the garment measurement reports.
- Communicate any discrepancies promptly to QA Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager for necessary action.
- Finalize critical operations and quality points with Team Members and Team Leaders.
- Discuss buying office inline inspection findings with the Production, IE & QA teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Track the DHU report to address continuous defects with the Production team for improved output.
- Ensure all process monitoring checklists are current and effective.
- Co-ordinate with management for any unmet requirements and take necessary actions.
- Observe the Team Leader’s daily routines and their work actions for quality improvement.
