Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure quality standards throughout the production process of IMEVA and Leather footwear products.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations as per company and industry standards.

Required Skills: Experience working with IMEVA sole and Footwear is preferred. Strong knowledge of Leather quality standards. Proficient in manual testing and quality inspection. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept in Quality Assurance/Quality Control practices. Job Details: Location: Dhaka (Uttara) Employment Type: Full Time Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related fields such as Footwear Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Textile Engineering. At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG, Garments, Tannery/Footwear, or Accessories industries. Age requirement: At least 25 years; open to males only.
