Provide detailed and accurate product information to build customer trust and boost sales. Manage online orders, confirm deliveries, and collaborate closely with our operations team. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, promoting high levels of satisfaction. Maintain customer records, sales logs, and follow-up lists diligently. Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide excellent after-sales support to foster long-term customer relationships. Continuously collect customer feedback to enhance service quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 1 year of relevant experience in ecommerce, telesales, customer support, or call center operations. Strong communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a plus). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude and a customer-oriented mindset. Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and ecommerce platforms.
