Job Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets by converting inbound inquiries with timely, professional follow-ups.
- Answer all queries (Facebook, WhatsApp, phone) clearly and empathetically to drive conversions.
- Lead in-office consultations (walk-ins & bookings) with a consultative, trust-building approach to close enrollments.
- Source partnership opportunities in relevant online groups.
- Prospect and nurture leads on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Meet corporates, clubs, and alumni groups to secure bulk/referral partnerships.
- Co-design and execute sales strategies with management to optimize the funnel and expand reach.

You’ll be leading a movement, designing and executing innovative strategies that bring new clients into the fold.Core Responsibilities include:Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through diligent follow-ups on inbound inquiries.Providing professional and empathetic responses to all client queries across multiple platforms, including social media and phone calls.Conducting in-office consultations, building trust and rapport to convert leads into enrollments.Identifying partnership opportunities within relevant online communities.Prospecting and nurturing leads through platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.Establishing connections with corporates, clubs, and alumni groups to secure strategic partnerships.Collaborating with the management team to co-design and execute effective sales strategies that optimize our conversion funnel.Required Skills: You should have demonstrable skills in:Canva, Client Service, Google Sheets, LeadershipNegotiation, Outbound and Inbound CommunicationsEffective Presentation and Sales TechniquesExperience: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role is necessary.
