Job Responsibilities

  • Create new customer (Retail/Corporate/Distributor).
  • Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
  • Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
  • Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
  • Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for supervisor.
  • Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.
  • Ensure highest level of customer care through customer service.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution channel.
  • Others- as per business need.

As part of our dynamic team, your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with new customers across Retail, Corporate, and Distributor channels. Maintaining communication with clients through visits, calls, and emails to foster relationships. Explaining product features, characteristics, and quality to potential customers. Achieving assigned sales and collection targets on a monthly and yearly basis. Processing customer orders and preparing quotations when needed. Keeping track of daily sales and preparing relevant reports for your supervisor. Operating as per the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Coordinating timely delivery and installation of products at customer locations through our distribution channel. Responding to other business needs as they arise. To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: A Bachelor's or Honours degree. 2-6 years of experience in retail sales, corporate sales, or similar fields. Proficiency in corporate sales, distributor sales, and familiarity with the furniture industry. Strong communication skills paired with a positive attitude. Ability to work well in team settings and under pressure. Good analytical skills, presentation skills, and a proactive approach to challenges. A willingness to learn and adapt, especially in stressful situations. Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Female candidates and freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
