Job Responsibilities
- Product development and price offer to the client.
- Price confirms with clients and provides PI to the client for master L/C.
- Collect all order related documents to the buyer for necessary action within a short time.
- Lab dip, trims, bulk fabrics color, and quantity submit to the buyer for approval.
- Arrange all materials to make the required sample.
- Closely monitor sampling approval process and provide samples to the client on time and arrange approval for go ahead.
- Conduct critical path analysis and meet with the buyer.
- Organize PP meetings with required persons.
- Submit size set to the buyer and arrange approval for bulk production.
- Ensure in-house required materials are available on time for production.
- Collect inventory report from the store.
- Update factory production and quality team about buyer communications.
- Send required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) for third party testing and provide report to the client.
- Make schedule for inspection with buyer inspection team.
- If failure on time delivery or quality occurs, discuss with head of team or higher authority and finalize actions.
- Report periodically to the head of department.
