Job Responsibilities
- Assist in applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
- Estimate production cost and the effect of product design changes for management review and action.
- Making costing SMV for order pricing.
- Making production SMV for order execution.
- Assist to coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize costs.
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

Key Responsibilities Assist in applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards. Estimate production costs and assess the effects of product design changes for management review and action. Develop costing standard minute values (SMV) for order pricing and production execution. Coordinate quality control objectives to resolve production issues and enhance product reliability while minimizing costs. Draft and design layouts of equipment and workspace to maximize efficiency using industrial engineering methods and tools. Review production schedules and specifications to obtain knowledge of manufacturing procedures and activities. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Industrial Production Engineering/Textile Engineering from a recognized university. Required Skills Strong experience in industrial engineering and planning. Proficient in industrial & production engineering. Excellent analytical skills and capability to think strategically. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. Experience Requirements At least 3 years of experience in the Garments sector. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering with Knit & Woven (Jacket) garments. Additional Job Requirements Able to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and promote teamwork. Results-oriented with strong work ethics and the ability to work under pressure.
