Job Description
Symphony Softtech Ltd., a leading software company in Bangladesh since 1999, is on the lookout for talented individuals to fill the role of Executive/Senior Executive - HRM & Payroll, PF, GF and Custom ERP Implementation. We are dedicated to providing top-quality ERP solutions and services in a vibrant environment.As an Executive/Senior Executive, you will be a key player in our Implementation Department. This is a full-time position located at our Dhaka office. We are seeking smart, intelligent, and responsible individuals with substantial experience in Accounting and ERP software. Those with hands-on experience in Sage 300 ERP will be preferred.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute the complete process of HRM & Payroll, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF) and Tax modules, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and Go-Live.Design, tailor ERP workflows and financial reports to align with organizational and compliance requirements.Configure and ensure accurate integration of Payroll, PF, GF, and Tax transactions with the Finance department.Troubleshoot and optimize ERP applications for regulatory compliance and smooth operations.Prepare comprehensive user manuals and provide training to users at all levels.Offer client support and services related to HRM & Payroll ERP solutions.Develop various ERP customizations and integrate with third-party systems to streamline operational efficiency.RequirementsEducational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) majoring in Accounting.Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting is an advantage.Experience2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Software Companies or IT Enabled Services.Hands-on experience with Accounting/HRM & Payroll ERP is mandatory.SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management.Proficient in MS Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.BenefitsAttractive salary package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.Performance bonuses and festival bonuses (2 per year).Provident fund and other benefits according to the company policy.Yearly salary review and professional development opportunities.Transport allowance, mobile bill coverage, and partially subsidized lunch facilities.We invite all eligible candidates to apply for this exciting career opportunity at Symphony Softtech Ltd.
