Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with order delivery deadlines and ensure line wise production and efficiency
- Monitor production output and adjust resources to meet targets
- Ensure effective line balancing for smooth workflow and optimized operator utilization
- Provide guidance and skill development support to operators
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure zero-defect output
- Monitor quality points during production and take corrective actions
- Coordinate input and material flow in sewing and achieve on-time delivery
- Collaborate with finishing team on quality handover
- Ensure style wise line sewing machine layout
- Follow up on line DHU and finishing returns
- Prepare monthly recruitment plans for sewing manpower
- Attend every PP meeting for critical processes
- Coordinate with cutting, printing, finishing, merchandising, and design teams

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee production lines and ensure that we meet our daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Job Responsibilities: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with order delivery deadlines while ensuring line-wise production and efficiency. Monitor production output and adjust resources as necessary to meet targets. Ensure effective line balancing for smooth workflow and optimized operator utilization. Provide on-the-job guidance and skill development support to operators. Work closely with the quality team to ensure zero-defect output and reduce rework/rejects. Monitor critical quality points during production and take immediate corrective actions. Coordinate input and material flow in sewing and plan timely deliveries. Collaborate with the finishing team on the handover of quality pass goods. Ensure style-wise line sewing machine layout is maintained. Conduct daily follow-ups on line DHU and finishing returns. Develop monthly sewing manpower and staff recruitment plans. Attend every PP meeting to address all critical processes and accessories. Coordinate with cutting, printing, finishing, merchandising, and design teams for smooth production flow. Required Skills: Proven experience in sewing production. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Self-driven and able to work under pressure with a positive mindset. Strong attention to detail and result-oriented attitude. Age: At least 25 years. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Manufacturing/Textile Engineering from a reputed university. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Retail Store, Garments, and Group of Companies. Gender: Open to Male and Female applicants.
