Job Description
Electro Mart Ltd., one of the largest business houses in Bangladesh, is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Executive - Showroom Sales in our dynamic Showroom Sales Department. Established as a leader in electronics retail, we proudly offer a wide range of products including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and kitchen appliances under trusted international brands like KONKA, GREE, and HAIKO. As an Executive in our showroom, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. We aim to create an engaging retail environment that attracts customers and achieves sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Actively selling products in our showrooms and display centers. Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products to effectively engage and assist customers. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization's overall goals. Exemplifying excellent communication and presentation skills. Working effectively with a self-motivated approach to enhance sales. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Age should be at most 25 years. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or home appliance industry. Strong command of Bengali and English, alongside solid interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and internet applications. Ability to work under pressure and long hours when necessary.
