Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of production units to ensure operational efficiency.
- Audit procurement cycles and evaluate inventory records against physical stock.
- Review adherence to process flows and compliance with technical standards.
- Cross-check material consumption against BOM and costing sheets.
- Inspect raw material stores and warehouses for record accuracy.
- Verify export/import documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance on capital expenditures and fixed asset verification.
- Prepare audit reports with key observations and recommendations.
- Assist in surprise checks and fraud investigations.
Required Skills

Overview:Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in one of Bangladesh’s leading companies? Jamuna Group is searching for a passionate and skilled Executive/Sr. Executive-Audit to enhance our internal audit function. You will have a direct impact on our operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management while contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Conduct comprehensive audits of production units to ensure operational efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to SOPs.Evaluate procurement cycles for key inputs and cross-check inventory records against physical stocks.Review adherence to established process flows and compliance with technical standards.Validate materials consumption against BOM and costing sheets to identify variances.Inspect raw material stores and warehouses regularly to ensure record accuracy.Review export/import-related documents for accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with Finance on capital expenditures and fixed asset verification.Prepare and present detailed audit reports highlighting observations and recommendations.Assist in surprise checks, fraud investigations, or special audits as directed by management.Candidate Profile:Age: At least 24 years, Male only.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (BBA / B.Com).Preferably CA (CC/Certificate level), CMA (1000-1200 Marks), or part-qualified ACCA.Experience:4-5 years in internal audit, preferably in a garments/textile manufacturing environment.Required Skills:Deep understanding of internal control systems, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Willingness to travel as required and sound understanding of compliance and labor laws in the RMG industry.Benefits:Mobile bill coverage.Yearly salary review.Two festival bonuses annually.Competitive remuneration tailored for qualified candidates.Career advancement opportunities based on performance.Additional benefits in line with company policy.Take the next step in your career with us!
