Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Executive/Sr. Executive - HR to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with company goals. Maintain employee files and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee data management within our HRMS. Contribute to HR audits, manpower planning, and policy implementation. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resource Management. Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR, preferably in the Chemical or Plastic Industries. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Additional Information: Age Requirement: 28 to 35 years.
