Location This position is based in our Dhaka (Savar) office, where you will work closely with various teams to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities Design machine layouts ensuring optimal manpower and attachment usage. Create a skill matrix for recruiting and grading new employees. Required Qualifications B.S.C in Textile or Graduation in any discipline. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering. Expert in time study, motion study, and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficient in production monitoring and efficiency calculations. Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis.
