- Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identifying critical operation and conducting capacity studies.
- Daily manpower balancing and target monitoring.
- Monitoring individual production targets and addressing any lost time and efficiency issues.
- Establishing recruitment standards and evaluating staff performance.
- Creating and evaluating a skill matrix for operators.
- Implementing process excellence methods to enhance efficiency.
- Conducting capacity studies to identify bottlenecks in the production line.
- Calculating productivity metrics including defects and non-productive time.
- Balancing production lines to minimize work in progress.

Join the dynamic team at Debonair Group as an Executive/Senior Executive and play a vital role in overseeing our manufacturing unit. This position requires a motivated individual who can develop and execute production plans and schedules while managing personnel and monitoring production output.As an Executive/Senior Executive, you will:Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment conducting capacity study, method study, production study, time study, line balancing etc.Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action Lost time recording (NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study.Establish workers and staff recruitment standards and policy, evaluating staff performance, and training needs.Create and evaluate a skill matrix of existing operators and evaluation for new.The process excellence method finds out & implements to enhance operator & line efficiency.Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.Develop productivity ensure DHU (Defects per Hundred Unit) non-productive time calculation.Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP).Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.If you are looking for a challenging job in a reputable company like Debonair Group, this opportunity is perfect for you.
