Job Responsibilities

  • Drive land sales and development project marketing by presenting project value propositions, conducting site tours, and negotiating deals to close high-value transactions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on land investment opportunities, zoning regulations, development potential, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Sales team in regular activities.
  • Achieve agreed targets of sales, volume, turnover, etc. within given deadlines.
  • Generate reports in assigned function and formulate recommendations for increasing plot sales.
  • Build company image/goodwill leading to sustainable growth and productivity.
