Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Vendor Management
- Identify potential suppliers and contractors for various goods and services required by the organization.
- Conduct market research to assess product quality, pricing, and availability for informed procurement decisions.
- Prepare RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and coordinate the approval of purchasing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of all materials, items, and services as required.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Evaluate and analyze procurement requirements, specifications, and cost considerations for projects or departments.
- Collaborate with departments to manage procurement budgets.
- Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

This role is pivotal for our operational excellence, supporting the procurement processes necessary for our projects and operations. As a member of our team, you will:Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers and contractors for various goods and services required by our organization.Conduct market research to assess product quality, pricing, and availability to make informed procurement decisions. This includes preparing RFQs, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and getting approval for purchasing materials.Ensure timely delivery of all materials, items, and services as per requirement, managing the flow from preparing purchase orders and following through with suppliers.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligning with the company’s goals.
