- Maintain effective control over inventory stock levels and arrange for regular replenishment as needed.
- Oversee company vehicles and coordinate with drivers and loaders to ensure smooth product deliveries.
- Update the product flow in the ERP system.
- Provide excellent service to the direct customer for the ensure highest counter sell.
- Report the line manager/ management as required.
- Supervise and follow up on the monthly duty roster for store assistant.
- Handle critical customers with effective communication skill when necessary.
- Any other job as and when assigned by the management.

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Executive/Sr. Executive at DHS Motors Ltd. to take charge of overseeing our inventory and ensuring prompt deliveries. This role is integral to our operations and calls for a passionate individual who thrives in a full-time, office-based environment. Maintain effective control over inventory stock levels and ensure regular replenishment. Oversee the coordination of company vehicles, drivers, and loaders for smooth product deliveries. Update product flow in the ERP system in a timely manner. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance counter sells. Communicate regularly with line management and report as required. Supervise the monthly duty roster for store assistants. Handle critical customer queries effectively. Undertake any other tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements: Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline. Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the automobile sector. Age: Candidates aged between 28 to 40 years are preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, multitasking ability under pressure, and proficiency in ERP systems.
