Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Spare Parts & Oil orders with collaborating branch offices.
- Daily and monthly inventory management and sales monitoring assistance.
- Evaluate ordering needs based on buffer stocks, lead times, and customer demand.
- Prepare and submit spare parts reports and presentations.
- Oversee nationwide spare parts availability by appointing dealers.
- Manage winsoft software operations for requisition and stock reporting.
- Update spare parts catalog and price list.
- Conduct inventory audits across central and regional stocks.
- Maintain spare parts stock and execute after-sales service duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with CWH for timely reporting.
Required Skills

Our employees are our greatest asset, and we prioritize their development. Your Responsibilities Prepare Spare Parts & Oil orders in collaboration with branch offices. Manage daily and monthly inventory, assist with documentation, and monitor sales. Evaluate ordering needs based on buffer stocks, lead times, and customer demand. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly spare parts reports and presentations. Oversee availability and distribution of spare parts across the nation. Utilize winsoft software for requisition operations, stock reporting, and software upgrades. Update spare parts catalog and price lists upon each consignment import. Conduct physical audits of inventory across central and regional stocks. Maintain spare parts stock and execute other after-sales service duties as assigned. Collaborate with other departments for timely reporting. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. 2 to 5 years of experience in similar fields such as Trading, Export/Import, Shipping, or Logistics. Sound knowledge of automobiles, specifically Diesel Engines. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
