Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Fresh Ceramic products are in our flagship display center to increase customer access to our diverse product range.
- Ensure delightful customer service by answering tiles-related queries.
- Keep good relationships with clients so that they can know about our up-to-date product prices and get any product-related help.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.
- Prepare regular product order sheet and submit it to the reporting line head.
