Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients.
- Understand key clients` individual needs and coordinate appropriate responses.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the existing client relationship team.
- Liaise with the design, construction, and structural team to implement the requirements of the clients.
- Coordinate with the concerned department to modify drawings of the project as per the preference of the clients.
- Meet credit collection targets on a monthly and yearly basis as planned.
- Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues.
- Maintain monthly recovery reports regarding irregular/long pending clients.
