Job Overview Unico Hospitals PLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive/ Sr. Executive (Payroll & HRIS) to join our HR team in Dhaka. Responsibilities Manage payroll automation ensuring accurate and timely salary processing. Maintain HRIS, roster, attendance, and leave management systems. Handle full and final settlements and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Finance and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues. Ensure compliance with tax, provident fund, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. Support system upgrades, implementation, and troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or Human Resource Management. Master's degree in Management / HRM is preferred, candidates with professional degrees will be prioritized. Experience 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, especially in hospital settings. Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing and HRIS management. Skills Required Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
