Job Responsibilities
- Propose new product offers from suppliers to relevant internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate product sales performance against company standards, recommending alternative products where necessary.
- Oversee product distribution and ensure accurate placement in stores through coordination with Operations.
- Plan and execute the procurement of promotional and newly approved items in line with company guidelines.
- Identify and recommend high-potential suppliers for evaluation.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on service levels and business needs.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to manage returns for slow-moving, expired, or overstocked products, and oversee the clearance process per company regulations.
- Recommend and implement purchase and selling prices according to company pricing policies and upon superior approval.

Job Purpose:The Executive/Sr. Executive, Procurement will source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and delivery, aligning with our business objectives. You will ensure the procurement of a complete and competitive merchandise range that supports our sales and profitability targets. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Procurement or a related field, specifically in FMCG or Retail. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. An understanding of Bangladesh consumer trends and local promotion channels. Experience with Modern Distribution and Retail Systems in Bangladesh. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
