- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for management and non-management positions.
- Coordinate job requisitions, prepare job advertisements, and manage postings on various platforms.

- Support in developing talent pipelines for critical positions through headhunting, networking, and relationship building.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
