Job Responsibilities
- Ensure and monitor the invoicing process and delivery volumes.
- Maintain the delivery route plan in accordance with the scheduled delivery timeline.
- Oversee effective control over inventory stock levels and safety stock.
- Manage finished goods (FG) stock and take necessary actions based on operational requirements.
- Verify received products in the ERP system against Distribution Center (DC) quantities.
- Ensure warehouse safety, security, and administration compliance.
- Conduct warehouse audits for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve sales-related complaints from the sales team.
- Manage hired vehicles in accordance with the delivery schedule.
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and loaders.
- Monitor and prepare invoices for outgoing deliveries.
- Liaise with and manage staff operations and shifts.
- Supervise attendance records of drivers and helpers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Address and resolve sales-related complaints from the sales team. Manage hired vehicles in accordance with the delivery schedule. Coordinate with drivers and loaders to ensure smooth product deliveries. Prepare and monitor invoices for departing vehicles. Liaise with and manage staff and shifts. Supervise and follow up on the attendance records of drivers and helpers. Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor or Honors degree. Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field. Familiarity with Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, or Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread) sectors is preferred.
