In this position, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, working directly with various clients to achieve sales targets. As an Executive – Technical Sales, selected candidates will be assigned to different assignments within various customers during their probationary period. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, candidates will be appointed to a specific business vertical. As part of our team, you will enjoy several key responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals. Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:Deliver compelling presentations of our products or services highlighting benefits and solutions that meet customer needs. Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate prices and terms, and successfully close deals to secure new business. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable data for management. Reporting & CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports on performance. Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Event Participation:Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Age: 24 to 30 years Ready to work with sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation abilities. Positive can-do attitude. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. This is a Full-Time position located in Dhaka (Baridhara J Block).
