Job Responsibilities
- Maintain sales records (Issue SO, Posting SO to Tally Software);
- Collect payment from customer and deposit it at designated bank;
- Maintain petty cash of showroom;
- Track inventory and ensure sufficiency of stock for issue;
- Issue correct VAT invoices (Mushak-6.3) for all eligible sales;
- Maintain sales and purchase register (Mushak-6.2.1) of showroom;
- Prepare and submit input-output coefficient (Mushak 4.3) for showroom;
- Calculate and deposit treasury through a-Challan;
- Prepare and submit Mushak-9.1 (Monthly VAT Return);
- Reconcile VAT accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Job Description
SWISH.GLOBAL is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented VAT Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal within our organization, as you'll be handling critical accounting tasks that directly contribute to our growth and compliance. Job Responsibilities: Maintain sales records, issue Sales Orders, and post these to Tally Software for accurate accounts. Collect payments from customers and ensure proper deposits at designated banks. Manage petty cash for the showroom efficiently. Track inventory levels to ensure sufficiency of stock for issue. Issue accurate VAT invoices (Mushak-6.3) for all eligible sales. Maintain the sales and purchase register (Mushak-6.2.1) of the showroom. Prepare and submit input-output coefficient (Mushak 4.3) for the showroom. Calculate and deposit treasury through a-Challan and submit Mushak-9.1 (Monthly VAT Return). Reconcile VAT accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Audit and reporting: Maintain records for NBR audits and assist in VAT rebate claims. Address VAT and Tax authority queries, keeping abreast of relevant regulations. Required Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English. Experience with Tally ERP 9 and comprehensive knowledge of VAT and Tax regulations. Self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach. Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Candidates partially qualified in CA/CMA will be prioritized. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Age between 25 to 35 years. Open to all genders. Work Location: This position is based in Chattogram, Dhaka. Employment Type: This is a Full Time position, requiring you to work at our office.
