With aspirations to be the leading supplier in the global fashion industry, M&J Group excels in providing both expertise and great knowledge in producing Ready Made Garments.Job Responsibilities:Conduct interviews with workers, provide counseling & motivation, and prepare reports.Communicate company policies & procedures and conduct awareness training programs.Analyze the root causes of workers’ absenteeism rates.Regularly conduct exit interviews for resigned and long-absent workers.Implement all legal guidelines related to maternity leave & benefits.Assist the medical team in maintaining a well-furnished and standard breastfeeding corner.Prepare necessary bills for medicines issued to injured or sick employees, maintaining proper records.Conduct new worker orientations regularly.Coordinate the activities of anti-harassment & grievance disposal committee.Prepare quarterly maternity benefit budgets.Maintain complaint & suggestion boxes effectively.Take appropriate action in cases of unfair or unethical behavior towards employees or any violation of workers' basic rights.Communicate with workers formally and informally to gather their views and recommendations for a cordial working environment.Education Requirements:MBA/BBA or Masters/Hons from any recognized University.Experience:3 to 5 years in a relevant field.Additional Requirements:Applicants must be female.Ability to work under pressure.Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law & Labour Rules.Good communication skills.Positive attitude, willingness to learn.Basic computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email correspondence, and internet browsing.Must be willing to reside in areas surrounding the factory.Benefits:As per company policy.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
