The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.Purpose of the RoleThe Facilities Officer is responsible for the operational needs in the Primary Health Care Center within the IRC Camp under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This Officer will oversee all operational activities in PHCC facilities, working closely with the PHCC Health team and operations team in the Cox’s Bazar area.Work Station: Camp 6Line Manager: Clinical SupervisorContract Duration: until 30th November 2025 (with high possibilities to extend).Major ResponsibilitiesEnsure Logistics Management including storage of goods, equipment maintenance, and shipment of materials, maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing materials.Provide operational support in response to program requests and priorities.Act as a liaison between IRC’s Operations Department and the Health Team.Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and provide accurate training to cleaning staff.Oversee maintenance of IRC premises and utilities.Manage cleaning staff and outsourced service providers.Coordinate any renovation work needed for the facilities.Prepare Internal Delivery Notes and packing listsSupply Chain Management Activities:Liaise with Procurement for timely delivery of materials.Process payments and requests.Arrange internal and external meetings as necessary.Field Support Activities:Maintain control and efficiency of IRC facilities.Provide updated information to the Operations Manager.Please apply to join our humanitarian efforts and play a pivotal role in delivering essential services!
