Job Purpose: The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and timely repair of civil, mechanical, electrical, and supporting equipment including central generators, air conditioning systems, lifts, and cold storage to support the smooth and uninterrupted operations of the company. Implementing technical and non-technical policies for branch buildings and the Head Office (HO). Coordinating shop renovation/construction projects with internal and external parties. Overseeing the store building handover process and managing branch team building work plans. Organizing the company structure efficiently, aligning responsibilities according to established standards. Submitting cost plans for renovating stores while adhering to budget limits. Carrying out periodic maintenance on civil, mechanical, electrical and supporting equipment. Maintaining confidentiality of company data and ensuring compliance with the Information Security Management System policy. Estimating maintenance costs to guide management in decision-making processes. Qualifications Required: To apply, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in maintenance and engineering. Experience working in manufacturing (FMCG) sectors and group of companies is preferred. Skills Required: Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong knowledge of building materials and specifications. Proficiency in costing estimation, project budgeting, and contract management. Basic understanding of national regulations and safety standards. Broad insight into building, planning and property development. Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
