Job Description
BOALKHALI AGRO BASED INDUSTRIES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Manager to lead our team in Chattogram. Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities including: Overseeing overall factory operations including production, quality control, and manpower management. Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and other food safety standards. Planning, organizing, and optimizing production schedules to meet targets. Monitoring raw material usage, controlling inventory, and minimizing wastage. Leading, training, and motivating staff to achieve operational excellence. Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. Coordinating with supply chain, sales, and management teams for smooth operations. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, efficiency, and costs. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 10 years in food processing or food manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and factory operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
